Chapter Benefits/Areas of Involvement

  • Reduced rate at state meetings to obtain CEUs.

  • Certificate of Membership for those who pay their dues.

  • Promotion of ABC and the Academy.

Other Highlights

  • The NC Chapter donated $1,000 to the Negotiated Rulemaking Process.

  • We recently updated our NC/SC mailing list. Consider doing the same. It is very helpful and results in more revenue..

  • We have nominated Milton N. Hinnant, CPO, for the Academy's Lifetime Achievement Award. Milton is 79 years old and recently decided to retire. He has been in the field since 1936 when he was 13 years old. He has been an Academy member since its inception in 1970. A more honorable and deserving person for the award will be hard to find.
