The Dan McKeever Scholarship Program provides grants to individuals who are pursuing a master's degree in orthotics and prosthetics. Each year the program will award $1000 to two deserving O&P master's degree students.
QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited O&P master's degree program as well as meeting the following criteria.
- demonstrate a financial need
- display leadership qualities
- contribute to their own education financially
- maintain a GPA of at least 3.0
APPLICATIONS: Students may apply directly for the scholarship or a professor may nominate them. To be considered for the award, students must submit a completed application, a letter of reference, a transcript and a 200-word essay on why they want to work in the orthotic and/or prosthetic profession.
